SICB under CMT

SICB has been splitted into SICBMC and SICBDST.

• SICBMC is linked with geant3, pythia, QQ, ect ... to produce RAWH data.
• SICBDST is not linked with any of the above package. It produces DST1,2,3 ect...
  and it can be used to analyze these DSTs.
• Checkout versions of all packages are available in the release area:
    $LHCBNEW = /afs/cern.ch/lhcb/software/NEW

The configuration of these programs is managed by : CMT
