Dear Colleagues, Thanks to efforts by all the TP contributers, the complete
draft is ready for comments. Please note, that many numbers, in particular
related to physics studies are still missing. Please send all the coments to
Part 1 Overview, Part 5 Physics performance to T. Nakada Part 2 Detector to D.
Websdale Part 3 Data handling to J. Harvey Part 4 Experimental area, Part 6
Project planing to H.J. Hilke as soon as possible. The deadline for the comments
is Wednsday, 10 February. If there is no strong objection, we would like the
LHCC referees to look at theis complete draft for their comments which could
still be reflected in the final document. Please let me know if you have any
objection to this by Thursday 5th. PS files in three parts can be found on oue
