Dear Colleagues,
In an attempt to keep our lists of the speakers bureau
up-to-date, I would ask you on behalf of the Speakers Bureau to have a
look at the following web page:
http://lhcb.cern.ch/generalmanagement/speakersbureau/excel/default.htm
This is accesible from the main LHCb web, under the title "Talks".
There are two lists, which contain information which need to be maintained
and kept as correct as possible:
(1) The current list of candidates
(2) An up-to-date list of talks already given
If you could check where your name appears, on these two lists, and see if
the information is accurate then we would be very grateful.
Please send all corrections/changes to Nathalie at Nathalie.Grub@cern.ch
and she will implement them when she can on the web server.
