Dear colleagues,
MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FILMBADGE CONTAINS 2 FILMS,
IF you are requiring access to any of the testbeam or non-LEP beam
areas!
It has been brought to my attention yesterday, that some of you may not
have the neutron film, i.e. the smaller one.
In fact, I have learned from TIS, that from January this year onwards
the neutron film has been suppressed for people inscribed under LEP
experiments, as at LEP no detectable n-dose has ever been measured. On
the other hand, access to testbeam and other beam areas require both
films!
You are, therefore, requested to check your badge and - if necessary-
get again a neutron film attributed from the filmbadge service.
Best regards,
Hans Juergen
(as GLIMOS of LHCb)
PS The reason for keeping the neutron films back is that the supplier
has stopped the production and some spares are needed until films from
a new supplier can be obtained.
