Euler was the LHCb Level 1 Trigger application, before moving to the 1MHz readout scheme; this application is now obsolete and its functionality was transferred to the Moore application.

Euler is based on the Gaudi framework. It can either read the output of the detector digitization (Boole), or directly from the DAQ in the online environment. The application executes the Level 1 trigger code starting from the L1 readout.
