Dear CB members, Now the TP draft is out. For the final TP, as you may recall, I need to submit a list of manes who will be on the TP as authors from your institute. Guide line for the authors have been decided by the CB: =============== ------------------------------------------------------------- Minutes of the LHCB Collaboration Board Meeting (CERN, December 5th 1997) ------------------------------------------------------------- 10.1) List of names for the TP

After much discussion it was agreed that each institute group leader would prepare a list of physicists, engineers, senior technicians, and students who have made a contribution to the TP, and/or in the future have projected long-term commitments to the experiment. Names should be included of people who have left, but only over the previous year. The lists should be sent to T.Nakada for inclusion on the TP. On the list sent to TN, students should be listed independently, although students will not be identified as such on the list which will appear in the TP. Those who work on other LHC experiments should be highlighted on the list sent to TN, and these people will be identified as such on the TP. ========== I appriciate if you could send me this as soon as possible via e-mail. It is also helpful if you could indicate the "filed of interest" although to update for the TP. Attached is the list of institutes who have already sent me the list. Thank you for your cooporation. yours Tatsuya ================================================================== Institute List of authors Field of Interest ------------------------------------------------------------------ Orsay received Ecal, L0 trigger Nanjing received Muon Rome II received Ecal Freiburg received Outer tracking Glasgow received RICH ITEP received ECAL Berlin received Outer tracking
