Dear Members of the collaboration board,
The CERN research director, Lorenzo Foa, expressed his
intention to have a special Resource Review Board (RRB) for the
LHCb experiment before the CERN research board meeting in
September 17th. So if it takes place, the RRB meeting is likely
to be sometime beginning of this September. We keep you informed
and clearly you have to approach your funding agencies
beforehand. I appreciate very much if you could inform us Name
and Address of your funding agency and the name of the
responsible person to whom such an invitation from CERN should be
addressed. Thank you very much for your help.
