Dear Collaboration Board members,
Invitation letters to the Resource Review Board meeting signed by
Lorenzo Foa have been sent to all the funding agencies, except for
China, Finland, Ukraine and USA on 7th of July. The meeting will take
place on 14th of September.
It is vital that the funding agencies are well informed about your
request. Their reaction will be a crucial input to the decision for
approving the LHCb experiment by the Research Board on 17th of
September. It would be very important that persons who represent the
interest of collaborating institutes for each country make all possible
effort to inform and explain to the national funding agencies the
requests you are making (or intend to make).
