Dear Colleagues, As was recently announced at the Collaboration Board, a LHCb Speakers Bureau has been formed with myself, Giovani Carboni, Bernard Adeva and Tatsuya Nakada as members.

We have started to receive invitations to speak at forthcoming conferences and hence would like to compile a list of speakers upon which we can draw, both for talks in the immediate future, and on a more long-term basis.

Hence, may I ask you on behalf of the Speakers Bureau to send the following information :

(a) A list of possible speakers from within your Group/Institute who would be interested in giving an LHCb talk. It would also be useful if you could add a list of current areas of expertise beside each name. eg. physics simulation, vertex detector, calorimetry etc.

(b) A list of talks and speakers ALREADY given by members of your Group/Institute in the last couple of years.

Given approaching conference deadlines, we would appreciate it if you could send your reply to a.halley@cern.ch before Friday the 5th Feburary at 1200.
