Dear CB members and Coordinators,
After our experience of the last week's experience, I would like to
arrange the future LHCb week in the following ways:
Monday morning: TB meeting
Monday afternoon-Wednesday afternoon: parallel sessions
Wednesday 17:00-20:00 TB meeting
Thursday morning: plenary meeting (1), presentations relevant to any
decision issues
Thursday afternoon: CB meeting
Friday morning: plenary meeting (2), report from CB and the rest
Friday afternoon: reserve
This scheme has several advantages:
1) CB news is really new
2) People do not get tired from the whole day plenary
3) TB' recommendation can still reflect all the discussions in the
parallel sessions
4) CB will get management position which reflect fully the discussion
took place in the TB and plenary.
