Strong support for your change. Last meeting sucession of decision
meeting was a bit contrived!
My only small reservation is that it leaves not too much time for
convenors to prepare plenary talk if their // meeting was
on Wed afternoon. May be we should synchronise this so that //
meetings on monday-wednesday are scheduled according to which
plenary they are reported.
