Dear CB members,
    It has been pointed out that if we move the September LHCb week to
25 to 29th of September in order to not collide with the Workshop in
Ferrara, it gets to close to the last meeting, 27/11-1/12. In order not
to collide with the Italian funding meeting, only the alternative will
be
4-8 September.
