Dear CB members,
Reactions for moving the LHCb week to 4-8th of September is rather
negative due to the following two points:
1) SPSC during that week, excluding several coordinators
(this is serious since our meeting will be in Italy)
2) To close to the holiday time to have fruitful discussions
I think that the first reason is already enough to exclude 4-8th of
September. I also got some reaction that although 25-29th of September
to the last LHCb week, 27.11 to 1.12 has only two months, that is the
period things are happening. Another opinion was that 25.9-29.9 may
match well to the LHCC taking place during the week after, on 4-5.10.
In summary, I propose
September LHCb week, 25-29 September in Italy.
If there is no strong objection, I will announce this beginning of the
next week.
