Dear Tatsuya,
I am trying to advertise the European School of HEP via
personal contacts in some of the big experiments.
I particularly want to make sure that Former Soviet
Union students get to know that they could get full
financial support to attend. Sometimes the message
does not get through via the official announcements.
Would it be possible for you to send something out
to people in LHCb? I enclose a copy of a mail that
I have just sent to the ATLAS Physics Working Group
list.
Regards Nick
......
Please note that the deadline for applications to the
2000 European School of High Energy Physics is 24 March.
Details of the School and how to apply can be found at
the following Web address:
   http://www.cern.ch/PhysicSchool/2000/Welcome.html
I would be happy if you would bring the school to
the attention of suitable candidates from ATLAS
and other HEP experiments. Note that full financial support
will be available for students from some countries, as
explained on the Web page. Such students are encouraged
to apply even if they do not have any local financial
support.
