Dear Colleagues, For the final round of the election, we got 96 votes. The
result is LHC-B: 54 BEAST: 42 and LHC-B won the vote. Now a contest for a logo
for LHC-B is open. You may produce an ps file and made avilable to me, but do
not e-mail the ps file itself. The deadline for the logo contest is 28 November
