News-like interface to the LHCb mailing lists

The LHCb discussion lists are now available on a news-like interface which is easily accessible from the LHCb home page (Hot Off the press) or Hot News page, after reload if needed. As explained, please use as username 'LHCB/your_name' and not LHCB alone, at least if you want the system to remember your list selection and the already seen news... Feed-back welcome.
