Dear Colleagues, Two day meeting with the LHCC referees went very well.
Although some questions require further works to be answered by July, all the
four referees were very positive about the status of the experiment and the
contents of the Technical Proposal. They will make their report on Friday during
the LHCC closed session and discuss further plan toward the approval. We seem to
be still on track to get the LHCC recommendation in July. I will inform you as
soon as we are informed by the referees what the next steps are. I would like to
thank all the people who worked hard to make these meetings with referees
