Dear Colleagues, It turn out that the December LHCb week 1999 will collide with both DELPHI and OPAL. I suggest therefore to shift forward by one week i.e. 29/11 to 3/12 if there is no objection. The other three LHCb weeks will stay as it was proposed: 1999 LHCb week (Mo.-Fr.) 15-19.2 7-11.6 13-17.9 29.11-3.12
