Dear LHCb Colleagues,
We are very sad to inform you the death of our friend and colleague
Werner Ruckstuhl
which happened very unexpectedly in the evening of 8th of July.
Werner was one of the most active members of the LHCb collaboration.
His engagement goes back to the Gajet experiment which was one of the
precursor experiments of LHCb. His absence will be acutely felt by the
collaboration.
We are informed that the cremation will take place on Tuesday 13th
of July. We would like to express our deepest sympathy to his family.
