Dear Colleague,
Draft-2 of the RICH Technical Design Report is available from the LHCb
web at:
http://lhcb.cern.ch/rich/pdf/richtdr_draft2.pdf (4 Mb pdf file)
This does not print well in unix, so a (very large) postscript version is
at:
http://lhcb.cern.ch/rich/postscript/richtdr_draft2.ps (40 Mb .ps file)
There are still one or two incomplete sections, some of the figures
require cleaning up, and the cost and schedule tables are provisional.
Your comments are requested in time to submit the final draft on 23
August. This will be reviewed by the Technical Board on 28 August.
