Description	First version able to read RTTC data. Based on Gaudi v16r3, LHCb v18r3 and Lbcom v1r3. Includes LoKi v3r11p1.   Now based on ROOT 4.03.02.
Main modifications	No big modifications. A new ROOT version requires new versions of everything.
Known problems:	Troubles with RFIO: See v12r7 page.
	CLHEP Issues : See v13r0 page.
	Calorimeter in HLT does not work. Hence there are no photons.
